From my own experience it is more beneficial and more enjoyable to get a massage form someone that is well rounded in their massage education with western and eastern modalities. I do keep my mind open to new massage experiences. I have always strived to be informed and advance my technique. Getting massage from someone new is a great way to enrich the massage I give. Sometimes I get something completely new and sometimes I rediscover something I used to use. No matter how much I learn, I find there is always more that I can learn. All in all, massage has been some of the best healing I have ever received or given.

Yeah, it's the Holidays, Now Let Go of the Stress!
Stress has consequences on our physical and mental health. Studies are showing that many illnesses are caused by stress, anxiety disorders, depression, even substance abuse are just a few. Stress leaves the body open to illness of all kinds.
The human body is build to withstand stress, but it is overwhelmed with there is no break, no time to relax. When we don't get a break, it leads to physical symptoms. The American Institute of Stress lists 50 common signs and symptoms of stress. These symptoms can be relieved and even overrated by giving yourself some "me time".
Most of the hustle and bustle of the holidays are over and stress is a bad thing. Stress is bad for you physically, emotionally, and spiritually. How do you let that tension go? How do you keep healthy and keep from bringing it into the new year? My recommendation is to make an appointment with an awesome massage therapist. Massage Therapy and Bodywork is one way to overt stress related illness and alleviate stress related symptoms. So finish the old year off right, and bring in the new year stress free. If you live close enough to Tempe, Arizona, then I recommend THIS GUY! Good luck in the new year, and be well.

I just started working at DStressZone, an awesome massage clinic. I'm working as an independent contractor. The owners are very nice, I only pay rent on the room when I'm actually using it. And it is so close to ASU in Tempe and my apartment that it is all very convenient. You can find my profile and shop my services here, BWellZone. But please get in touch with me personally so I can book your appointments myself, other wise I will be paying them a finders fee. Just email me here Rbayse@Gmail.com, or text me, or call me. :)
I'm currently using a new site to generate leads for my massage business. 4 leads this morning already, just hoping they start booking appointments.

So I'm trying out this new online client building service. It looks good and had a few good reviews. Their profile manager is fairly detailed. Now I'm just waiting to see if I actually get any leads. They have a charge for each lead, so I'm hoping it works out.
